Product Configuration
Odoo inventory's product management features will allow users to handle all aspects of the products described on the platform.New products can be easily added and manipulated.
Create Product
Products in the Odoo platform can be created in the Products menu, where users can view all products defined in the platform along with their descriptions.Products in the dashboard can be viewed in Kanban and list views.Additionally, when searching, users can organize and filter the data list using various available filtering and grouping options.To create a new product, users can access the creation window by selecting the create option.
In the creation window, users can describe product details such as product name, product type, product category, internal reference, barcode, salesperson, customer tax, cost, and the company selling the product.
Additionally, a product can be described as an item that can be sold, purchased, or expensed.There are toggle options in the window, from which users can access the existing quantity menu, forecast menu, product movement, reorder rules for descriptions, sales units, bill of materials (if manufactured), and more aspects of the product.
Product variants under the corresponding product can be described in the Variants tab of the product creation menu.Users can choose to add slime options and describe product variants based on various available attributes such as color, size, material, etc.
Under the Scale tab, users can define the billing strategy for product operations and product-related reinvoicing invoice fees from the available default options.Additionally, optional products can be described for the e-commerce website, and customized sales descriptions can be provided.
The point of sale or retail point is an unavoidable aspect of business.Products can be enabled for POS under the point of sale menu in Odoo.In the window, a description of the point of sale instance can be mentioned, such as product category weight and scale.
The description of products on an e-commerce website can be described in the e-commerce menu under product descriptions.In this window, categories, availability, and descriptions of alternative and accessory products can be described.Additionally, media additions that can be assigned to products on an e-commerce website can also be described here.
The purchase details of the product can be described in the purchase menu.Suppliers can be described: multiple suppliers can be described under one product.In addition, supplier invoices, involved taxes, and control policies can also be described.Furthermore, product descriptions can be provided based on requirements and supplier details.
