The main reason for the issue is that Odoo 15 defaults to sending emails for the online form module. If the system is not configured with an email, the backend will not receive online leads, nor will it receive online opportunities. First, open the website, click "Edit" in the upper right corner to enter page editing mode, select the online form, and you can see that it defaults to sending emails.
Modifying this item will allow creating business opportunity lead information to be submitted and seen in the leads within the CRM of the website backend.
Some friends do not need to submit information directly to the backend; instead, they prefer the submitted information to be sent to the administrator via email. In that case, they can configure it to the specified location as needed.
