Since installing Odoo, detailed quotes obtained from customers' sales representatives have now been entered into the Odoo system.With these details, the system is able to create quotes that meet customer needs.Once a quote becomes an order, the order is recorded in the internal system for management follow-up, shipping, pickup, and payment.
Brainbox customers can sometimes have many addresses. One for delivery, another for invoicing, and another for construction. With Odoo CRM, Brainbox can see multiple addresses of a customer in one place. This makes follow-up much easier. In addition to following up on customers, the CRM application is installed for managing and following up on leads, along with an additional module that imports quotes from the Brainbox website into Odoo. 
The installed online store provides customers with secure access, allowing them to view their documents, discounts, and payments intuitively in one place. They can also choose to download these documents on demand. The warehouse module keeps the Brainbox workshop fully informed when preparing and delivering orders, while the HR module monitors the leave status of Brainbox employees.
