Email sending settings in the Odoo system:
Settings –> General Settings –> Configure outgoing mail server, as shown in the figure below,
In the Odoo system, receiving email settings:
Settings —> General Settings —> Configure the incoming mail server, use the POP protocol to set up the Odoo system as follows:
